HEAT PRESS INSTRUCTIONS 

Set temperature to 320 degrees and press for about 15 seconds.

Turn inside out and repeat the process.

IRON ON INSTRUCTIONS 

Turn off the steamer function and remove any water or liquid from reservoir.

Place butcher paper over the patch before pressing.

Use the highest heat setting and press for about 15-30 seconds.
